Before proceeding to the next stage, please ensure you have the following five files on your device.
Passport Photograph(JPEG)
Coloured, 51mm × 51mm, taken within the last 6 months (400 KB)
Basic Medical Degree (PDF)
Photocopy of MB.BS or MD certificate (400 KB)
Full registration certificate (PDF)
As a medical practitioner in your country, state, province, or region (400 KB)
A notarized Specialist medical Certificate
(400 KB)
Payment Receipt (PDF)
All physicians making a premium subscription to this directory shall pay the following fees in Nigerian naira (NGN or ₦): (100 KB)
